Agreement for group Zoom meetings

Thank you for choosing to take part in one of my zooms.  Please read the following points about the process, responsibilities and expectations of both myself and you, the participant.

What is involved in my information zooms?

The purpose of my zooms is to provide you with information and potential next steps.  There will be a short space at the end of each session to allow you ask questions and you can also email me on if you have any further questions.

The format of my information zooms is generally a one way dialogue for the majority of the session. Due to the volume of information that I need to cover there isn’t room for questions during the zoom.  I will allow a short time at the end of the hour for any questions.

Screens on or off

Not everyone is comfortable in having their screens on.  In my information zooms you are welcome to have your screens off.

Your responsibilities

You are asked to bring an open mind.  Being open and curious in the session will allow for the best outcome.

Open feedback

Part of the coaching relationship is for both parties to provide feedback. If you would like to provide me with any comments, positive or negative then please feel free to do so. This is especially the case if you have found any part of the process particularly helpful or unhelpful.

I ask that you respect the participation of everyone taking part by maintaining confidentiality of the session, its participants and anything that is mentioned by any of the participants.
