My online program has been designed to support and help you build a path forward, a path away from feeling compelled to drink and towards the positive energy that will flow when you stop or cut back. That is why I want to lead you through 6 weeks of learning with support along the way. We can uncover it together.
How is the support structured?

Weekly zoom drop ins
These are entirely optional and are there to offer you connection and answer questions
A daily email link to a new lesson will be sent in readable and audible format. There are 42 days of learning that are unlocked a day at a time. You can repeat any of the previous days work as often as you like
Daily action point to allow you to keep the momentum going
Access for a year
Most people's journeys are not linear. The year long access gives you time

The alcohol free space
The clue is in the name. My website and social media platform create a space for you to reimagine the role that alcohol plays in your life. It sounds cliche but its true and it works.
The alcohol free space is not about telling you to give up alcohol now! It is about directing your life somewhere where alcohol is not the focal point, alcohol does not drive your decisions - alcohol is not in control.
My six week course takes you on an adventure where you will find clarity, gain insight and understanding, space to think and space to identify where you want to take this - a fresh perspective.
