About the Course

In this workshop we review your month in terms of your six streams of nutrition, sleep, movement, recovery, connection and gratitude). We see what went well, what was lacking. We then build an enticing plan for the month ahead - a plan that will bring you more energy and will balance these six streams.


To build a more energising future plan - having an achievable plan in the future provides you with an anchor point.
