About the Course

This is a two part workshop

Part 1:

IWe carry out an exercise to first dentify your core values, finding what drives you, what energises you, what defines you .

Part 2: Looking at your daily life and seeing if your actions reflect your values and how they need to be tweaked, removing aspects that don't add value and making room for more activities that match your values


To energise individuals as they follow they allow themselves to follow a path more alligned to their identified values
