The program is six weeks long but you can redo any aspect of it and take as long as you need over the course of the year. Changing your relationship with alcohol is often not a linear process so my course is designed to support you however long it takes. Gain general knowledge to support your next move The course contains a daily nugget on the brain or the mind on alternate week, daily positive psychology tools and a daily strategy step to move you in a positive direction with alcohol. The concept is to educate you and to shift your focus. As the fog lifts and energy levels rise we will redesign how you spend your time to remove the power of alcohol
